Returns & Replacements

Return Requests will ONLY be accepted via email so that both parties have a written record.

Return of Defective Items: Any product that has been used according to the intention and specifications stipulated by the manufacturer and has subsequently found to be defective will be replaced, repaired or refunded by, if returned within 30 calendar days of the original invoice date. Return of "Change of mind" items: Returns are accepted within 30 days from your purchase date for un-opened and un-used items. Due to the hygenic nature of the items we sell, we can not accept returns for 'change of mind' once the items has been handled, opened or used. Please note that we do not refund the original postage fees with the return or return costs for 'change of mind'.
